JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Judge Mallory Cooper will wait until next month to decide whether to suppress Cristian Fernandez interrogation interviews and tapes.

Judge Cooper announced she will make her decision on August 7.
    
That's 20 days before Fernandez is set to go on trial in the sexual battery case against him. The murder case against him is set for trial on September 10.
    
Fernandez is accused in the death of his two-year-old half brother and accused of molesting a five-year-old half-brother. He is Jacksonville's youngest murder suspect.
