JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at the Eureka Garden Apartments.
That's on the westside.
According to Detective Swanson- a man was shot in the upper back late Thursday night.
The victim told police he was walking around the complex- when several shots rang out.
According to the detective- the victim suffered minor injuries- and has already been released from the hospital.
Right now police have no suspects.
