PONTE VEDRA, Fla. - Ponte Vedra Sharks volleyball player Corinne Quiggle, who is one of the best players in the country, is preparing for the Junior Olympics.
Last month, Corinne along with her teammate beat some of the top 2-on-2 beach volleyball players in country and advanced to the finals of the Los Angeles Open. The duo qualified for the Junior Olympics, which will be played in July.
Corinne's play was so impressive while out in California that she caught the attention of the Pepperdine Blue Wave coaches.
The Blue offered and she accepted a scholarship to play at one of the premier division-one beach volleyball program's in the country.
In addition to being one of the best beach volleyball players in the country, Corinne is also one of the top indoor players too. In late June, she'll compete in the indoor nationals with the Jacksonville Junior Volleyball Association.
By the way, she has a 4.26 GPA.
