Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - Jacksonville Jaguars head coach MikeMularkey said on Monday that running back Maurice Jones-Drew will remainsidelined when his team takes on the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday.

Jones-Drew has missed Jacksonville's last two games with a sprained left footthe 2011 NFL rushing champion sustained in an Oct. 21 loss at Oakland.

Mularkey also stated during his Monday press conference that the injury isn'tbelieved to be season-ending, and the team is hopeful he'll be able to returnto action when the Jaguars visit Houston on Nov. 18.

Rashad Jennings will continue to handle lead back duties in Thursday'scontest. The fourth-year pro has rushed for 104 yards on 29 carries whilecatching nine passes totaling 63 yards in Jones-Drew's absence over the lasttwo weeks.

Jacksonville suffered its fifth straight loss with Sunday's 31-14 setback toDetroit and enters the Indianapolis game tied for the NFL's worst record at1-7.
