TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Tallahassee police are saying the death of a legislative intern appears to be accidental.
The body of 23-year-old Ryan Uhre was discovered last week in a downtown building. Uhre disappeared on Feb. 2.

The Tallahassee Police Department reported Monday that after consulting with a medical examiner, it appears Uhre died as a result of a fall.
The police said Uhre appeared to have climbed through a second-story window of the building, but then fell all the way to the ground since the building did not have an actual second floor.

Uhre graduated from FSU in December and had just started an internship in the office of Rep. Richard Stark, D-Weston.
Police also said they believed Uhre was alone at the time of the accident. Police are still awaiting toxicology results.
