JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Tuesday's testimony centered around what happened before, during, and after Michael Dunn said he heard loud "thumping" coming from a red SUV outside the Gate gas station.

While being questioned, Dunn said repeatedly, "I felt threatened," by 17-year-old Jordan Davis.

Richard Kuritz, a First Coast News Legal Analyst, said Dunn held his own through the four hours of testimony.

"Rarely do you want to see your defendant on the stand but when you do, you want them to go a good job and I think Michael Dunn did a good job," he said.

Kuritz said Dunn did well when interviewed by his lawyer.

"If I were grading him on an A,B,C, schedule, I'd give him a solid B, or B+," he said.

Though prosecutors tried to discredit Dunn as much as possible, Kuritz said Dunn did very well during that cross examination.

Closing arguments begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday. The case could be in the hands of the jury by Wednesday afternoon.
