The lockdown at Tallahassee Community College has been lifted, according to Chief Christopher Simmons of the Tallahassee Police Department.
Update 12:50 p.m.
Shortly after 10 a.m. a man reported he was being chased by a man near the Technology and Professional Programs Building on campus.
Al Moran, TCC spokesman, said no shots were fired and he doesn't know whether both men are students.
The man who reported being chased has not been cooperative, Moran said.
The campus is still on lockdown which means students were advised to stay in buildings and not come to campus.
Tallahassee Police officers are at Tallahassee Community College after a man with a handgun was reported to be on campus earlier this morning.
Students are still milling about as helicopters fly overhead and a loud speaker repeats warnings about a possible dangerous person on campus.

TCC is advising people to stay inside buildings and not come to campus until further notice.
The TCC alert was issued around 11:10 a.m.
The man was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, blue jean shorts and plaid boxers. He was described as having a short braided hairstyle and gold teeth.
