OCALA, Fla. (WESH) -- A Marion Countybrother and sister are charged with burglary and grand theft after theywere found with stolen Frito-Lay products.

Deputies said theysaw a blue Ford van pull away from NW 68th Avenue and onto Highway 40in Ocala and found it unusual, because there are multiple factories inthat area and most of the time tractor-trailers use those roads at thattime of night.

A deputy said he saw a child jumping around in the back seat and conducted a traffic stop.

During the traffic stop, investigators said they found the van packed with Frito-Lay brand chips.

Vanoccupant, Darren Hagerman, 25, said that he and his sister, JessicaHuggard, 22, take the chips as a way to generate income, according toofficials.

"I got the chips from the dumpster," said Hagerman.

Workersat the factory told authorities that the security gate was locked. Adeputy said he found Hagerman had a master key that worked on the gatelock.

Hagerman and Huggard were arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail.

The child was given to a relative.
