JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Sandra, of Jacksonville, said she was dealing with a railroad crossing near her home that was "poking upward and causing traffic delays, because we (drivers) had to stop and go around the tracks to keep the tracks from puncturing our tires."

She said the tracks were that way for more than a year.

She said she contacted the On Your Side team and as of Feburary, the tracks were fixed.
