JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A second arrest has been made in connection with the murder of a 21 year old man at a gas station in Arlington last week.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Joseph Tether and Nicolas Stoner have been arrested in connection with the murder of 21 year old Nedzad Botonjic, at a BP gas station located at 9700 Atlantic Boulevard on Monday, July 21.
Botonjic was seen on video surveillance meeting with Tether to sell drugs to him in the parking lot of the store, according to JSO.

Tether allegedly pointed a gun at Botonjic and tried to rob him and a fight ensued. Botonjic shot and killed during the struggle.
Stoner was the getaway driver, according to JSO.
Tether was arrested Sunday after a JSO officer spotted him riding a bicycle across Simca Drive and Rogero Road in Arlington and chased him though a nearby neighborhood. When he was detained a small revolver was found nearby and marijuana was found in his pocket, according to JSO. Stoner was arrested last week and charged as an accessory to the murder.
Tether was arrested and charged with murder.
