JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Dustin Scott Henry, 23, was pulling a trailer eastbound on Wonderwood Drive when the left front tire had a blow-out causing him to lose control, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The trailer detached from the truck and hit Douglass Shattuck, a 41-year-old pedestrian who was walking eastbound on the sidewalk of Wonderwood Dr.
The truck then crashed into a home located in the 200 block of Wonderwood Dr.
"It is quite the sight to see. A sanitation truck inside a house. It was pulling portable toilets. Neighbors tell me they have never seen anything like that before," said Kenneth Jones, who lives in the home attached to the home where the truck ran into.

Jones walked outside Wednesday morning and saw the truck protruding from his neighbor's home. "It was shocking. A lot of excitement. It was like a big old boom," Jones said.
Initially the Jacksonville Sheriff's office was not sure if anyone was inside the home at the time of crash. It was later determined someone inside the home was injured.
JSO said a non-toxic biodegradable, clean liquid you'd find inside a portable toilet leaked into the street.
Neighbors thoughts turn to the people who live here and to those hurt, "I hope they're OK. I hope they don't get put out of the house because of this. It's bad," said Jones.
Henry was taken to UF Health Jacksonville with serious injuries. Shattuck was transported to Baptist Beaches with minor injuries.
