CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -- Four Clay County Sheriff's Office detectives have been suspended following a recent wrongful arrest case.

Ashley Nicole Chiasson, 28, from Louisiana was arrested by the department twice. But, it turns out, the person they were actually looking for was 31-year-old Ashley Odessa Chiasson. Nicole Chiasson spent more than a month in Clay County Jail.

This wasn't the first time CCSO had to suspend members of its force. Three CCSO deputies were disciplined after an arrest mix-up sent the wrong teenager to jail earlier in 2014.

A 17-year-old spent 35 days in the Clay County jail after being charged as an adult in a sexual battery case. A name mix-up caused that wrongful arrest as well.

One deputy faced a suspension and a transfer in that case.
