LAKE CITY, Fla. -- A cyber-tip lead to the arrest of a Lake City man for allegedly uploading child porn onto a social networking site.

According to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office, Adam Quinn Chapital was taken into custody Friday at his home in the 1600 block of SW Camellia Lane following a three-month investigation.

The tip was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Chapital was faces charges for transmission of pornography by electronic device or equipment and unlawful use of two-way communications device.

His bond was set at $80,000.

The CCSO asks if you know of or suspect internet crimes against children, such as enticement, child pornography, or solicitation of a minor report it immediately at 386-719-2005.
