CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -- Three adults and three children were injured in a crash involving a driver under the influence of alcohol late Friday night, according to FHP.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a Saturn driven by Kevin Warriner, 34, collided with a Kia that was turning from Filmore Street onto Blanding Blvd.
Warriner was under the influence of alcohol, according to FHP.
Two occupants of the Kia, Eve Bradford and Dawn Stidd, both 40, were taken to UF Health in serious condition. Three children also inside the Kia, ages 14, 10 and 4, suffered minor injuries. All of the passengers in the Kia were wearing seat belts.
Warriner also suffered serious injuries and was taken to UF Health.
Blanding Blvd. was closed for several hours while crews cleared the scene, according to FHP.
