PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- A woman found vomiting and yelling in a Putnam County hotel bathroom was arrested when deputies found a large amount of drugs inside her purse Saturday.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, deputies found Shenna Herring with 3 grams of cocaine, 26 grams of marijuana and 11 grams of crack cocaine in her bag.
Deputies responded to a Best Western Inn where an employee said a woman went into the bathroom after her credit card was declined. The attendant said the woman had been in the bathroom for about 15 to 20 minutes and was vomiting and yelling, according to PCSO.
Deputies noticed Herring appeared to be under the influence and requested Emergency Medical Services to respond and provide medical treatment.
Herring's purse was searched while deputies waited for EMS to arrive and drugs were discovered.
Herring was transported to the Putnam Community Medical Center. Later she was discharged, arrested and transported to the Putnam County Jail.
Herring was charged with possession with the intent to sell cocaine, possession with the intent to sell marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
