FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- Patrick Neal Amaral, 29, was killed after being hit by two cars Friday night on I-95 NB near mile marker 285, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

FHP said Amaral was lying across the center lane for some unknown reason when two vehicles traveling northbound on I-95 in the middle and left lanes respectively, came in contact with Amaral.

The front of 26-year-old Christoper M. Warrington's Honda Civic hit Amaral, forcing him into the path of 29-year-old Misha A. Wiseman's Toyota XB.

Both Warrington and Wiseman came to controlled stop on the median.

FHP said both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident.

At this time no charges pending.
