PALATKA, Fla. -- Putnam County Sheriff's Office detectives have arrested four men and one woman who are believed to be linked to several recent thefts and burglaries that have occurred primarily in the Bostwick area.

Jason Allen Kemp, Jr., Travis Ray Dey, Kyleen Lynn Norberg, all 19-years-old, along with Ryan Lee Lewis, 23 and 24-year-old Joshua Douglas Dey were arrested as a result of the the investigation. The five suspects were linked to numerous stolen items that were pawned at local pawn shops to include jewelry, tools and precious metals, according to the PCSO.

Sheriff Jeff Hardy said, "Thanks to the excellent work of property crimes detectives Lynn Nicely and Matt Griffin this particular ring of individuals are off the streets of Putnam County and will face their punishment in the criminal justice system".

  • Joshua Dey is charged with burglary and larceny, he is currently being held on a bond of $6,008.
  • Travis Dey is charged with burglary and larceny, he is currently being held on a bond of $2,008.
  • Jason Kemp is charged with dealing in stolen property and two counts of the violation of probation, he is currently being held without bond. Kemp is also facing multiple additional felony charges that have been filed with the State Attorney's Office on other related cases.
  • Ryan Lewis is charged with dealing in stolen property, burglary and larceny, he is currently being held on a bond of $8,512.
  • Kyleen Norberg is charged with dealing in stolen property, burglary and larceny, she is currently being held on a bond of $8,512.

The suspects were booked into the Putnam County Jail.
