JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- New Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan's yacht is getting fueled up on the Northbank of the St. Johns River in front of the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel.

According to a crew member, they are adding over 15,000 gallons of dieselfuel today. The yacht can hold a total of 55,000 gallons of fuel. According to a website for the yacht, the ship is powered by two 1957 horsepower diesel Caterpillar engines.

Two 18-wheelers are being used to deliver the fuel.

According to the website, Coconut Grove, Florida, is reporting an average marine diesel price of $4.33. Based on that price, $64,950 worth of fuel will be transferred from the tankers to the yacht.

And if you decided to let the gauge get all the way to empty and had to fill all 55,000 gallons? It would cost you close to a quarter million dollars to fill up. The total would be $238,150.

The crew member would not say if the ship, which is licensed out of the Cayman Islands, would be departing anytime soon.
