JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- An Interlachen man pleaded guilty to a federal charge of receiving child pornography over the internet after more than 800 images were reportedly found on his electronic media in October 2013.

Franklin Stuart King, 39, faces a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 20, according to a release from the office of U.S. Attorney A. Lee Bentley III. King, who was arrested October 13, 2013, also faces a potential life term of supervision.

An agent with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations division tracked an IP address hosting child porn images to King's address in Interlachen.

After successfully downloading child porn files from King's IP address, agents later searched King's home and seized his computer and other media.

According to the release, King told agents he had been looking at child porn for two to three years and that "there is like a small spark somewhere in [his] head that likes to see [child pornography]."

King's sentencing has not been set yet.
