JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A burglary suspect was caught on camera breaking into a home in the Cedar Hills Estates neighborhood.

An alert neighbor heard glass breaking at the house next door, grabbed her cell phone and waited for the unidentified burglary suspect to exit the home, according to a release from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

The incident occurred in the 5700 block of S. Cedar Forest Drive April 18 around 11:10 a.m., the release detailed. The suspect is seen on video crawling out of a rear window, hopping a fence and walking towards Blanding Boulevard.
