JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police responded to a customer service and collections business after they received a suspicious package Monday.

Officers were dispatched to the Enhanced Recovery Company in 8000 block of Bayberry Road at 11 a.m. after the office received a package with an unknown substance inside, according to Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Lt. DJ Valentine.

Employees at the Enhanced Recovery Company allegedly isolated the package and contacted JSO out of an abundance of caution for their employees.

The business was not evacuated and no injuries were reported. The identification of the substance is on-going.
