BRADFORD COUNTY, Fla. -- A routine traffic stop led to an arrest and the recovery of a stolen car.
Nicole Carrie Larkin, 24, was stopped in an area of Southern Bradford County known as "speedville" Tuesday, according to a release from the Bradford County Sheriff's Office.
Larkin was stopped for allegedly not wearing a seatbelt, but when deputies ran her Florida plate they found the car Larkin was driving had been reported stolen from Putnam County. After a search of the car deputies allegedly found crack cocaine, marijuana and oxycodone without a prescription, the release detailed.
Larkin is charged with vehicle theft, cocaine possession, marijuana possession and opium or derivative trafficking. Larkin is currently being held on a $140,000 bond in the Bradford County Jail.
