JSO searching for a suspect who allegedly stole pliers from one store to burglarize another.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect in connection to two separate burglaries.

Officers responded to a reported burglary at a Verizon store located on San Jose Boulevard on March 11 at about 4:16 a.m. The investigation revealed that the suspect forced his way into the store and used pliers to take cellphones from the displays, according to a JSO press release.

The investigators believe the same suspect was involved in a shoplifting incident at a Walmart 30 minutes prior to the Verizon theft where pliers were allegedly taken.
