"Only one lawful, just and righteous verdict," said Defense Attorney Cory Strolla.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Defense attorney Cory Strolla presented his closing arguments in the Michael Dunn trial Wednesday. Strolla spoke for over an hour, leaving the jury with this thought: "There is only one lawful, just and righteous verdict, and that verdict is not guilty."

Strolla hammered at inconsistencies in juror testimony and suggested that law enforcement failed by not searching the lot adjacent to the Gate station for days after the shooting.
"That weapon in that car has been gone since minutes after it happened," he told jurors. "Because nobody looked for five days."
Strolla's argument will be followed by a final rebuttal by the state, widely expected to be presented by State Attorney Angela Corey.
