JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Murray Hill's Edgewood Bakery, in business since 1947, has been sold.

We spoke very quickly over the phone with new owner Thomas Rykalsky, who asked we go though a PR firm to discuss the deal, didn't say how much he purchased the bakery for.

Rykalsky, an Orange Park businessman, started a healthy food company called Pure Treats for One Spark 2013.

He did so well, he earned part of Shad Khan's $1 million investment into One Spark.

Now his company, operating under U.S. Culinary Food and Beverage/Pure Brands, has taken over Edgewood Bakery.

We're not sure how involved Shad Khan is in this, other than the One Spark backing. The PR person we were told to call to get more information, St. Louis based Jim Woodcock, also handles a lot of Shad Khan's press too.

We are waiting to hear back from them.
