AMELIA ISLAND, Fla. -- For the 19th Year, the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance will bring together some of the world's rarest cars to the fairway of the Ritz Carlton at Amelia Island.

Formula One Driving Legend Jochen Mass is this year's honoree. Expect hundreds of classics worth tens of millions of dollars from a Mercedes that won the 1914 French Grand Prix to a rare reunion of Chrysler concept cars.

Last year, the show got the distinction it deserved being named the "best in the world" as the Amelia Concours received the 2013 Motoring Event of the year by Octane Magazine.

"You're comparing the Ritz Carlton to Kensington Palace and Pebble Beach. That's a pretty good thing," said Concours founder and Chairman Bill Warner. Warner acknowledges hundreds of volunteers make the Concours possible each year.

Warner has always loved cars and enjoys taking pictures of them. Back in the 60', he bought an expensive camera called a Hasselblad as a photographer for Road and Track Magazine. It's the same camera the astronauts took to the moon. "As opposed to a 35 millimeter the format of the film is about four times bigger. So there's less grain and it's sharper," said Warner.

Hasselblad has donated one of its new digital cameras to be auctioned off at the Concours and Warner will include some framed images he took over the years as part of the package.

All the money raised will go to a number of charities in Jacksonville. So get ready to head to the Concours.
