A federal jury sentenced a 27-year-old Cocoa Beach man who was found guilty of child pornography charges stemming from photographs he took in February of a 2-year-old girl while at SeaWorld.

Michael Brian Grzybowicz was re-sentenced to 30 years recently for production, distribution and possession of child pornography after the original sentence in 2012 was appealed.

According to court records, Grzybowicz went to SeaWorld in February of 2012 with a co-worker's family, which included a 2-year-old girl. While at the park, the girl's parents asked Grzybowicz to watch her and her 5-year-old brother so they could go on a roller coaster. During that time, Grzybowicz molested the girl, took photographs with his cell phone and emailed them to himself, according to court records.

Grzybowicz's wife found the images on his cell phone two days later and called the Cocoa Police Department.

According to the court records, Grzybowicz was able to be prosecuted under federal charges because he emailed the photographs, making it a violation of laws regarding interstate commerce.

The court records indicate Grzybowicz met with a Cocoa Police detective and gave her consent to search his cell phone and laptop, which he had used to download the photos.

Agents found other child pornography on Grzybowicz's laptop.
