Fayette County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating a public indecency incident, which took place at the Fayette County Library.

According to officials, a black male exposed himself to a group of teenage females who were studying at the library. The man was confronted by staff when the girls reported the man was "doing something he shouldn't be."

As the man walked out of the library, he said his name was Cecil Smith and drove away in a dark colored 4-door sedan with dark tinted windows.

He was wearing a black baseball hat, dark polo shirt and dark pants with a lanyard hanging out of the right pocket.
