Auto repair complaint. Sara, of Flemming Island, said she got an oil changed at an Orange Park auto facility. She claims the wrong oil filter was installed, resulting in a large oil leak and her car's engine locking up. FCN suggested she contact the Florida Division of Consumer Services at 1-800-435-7352 or visit their website.

Septic Tank Issue.
Jerry said his family is renting a home and they have had problems with the septic tank for a couple of months. He claims they have tried to get the landlord to fix the issue, but to no avail. FCN suggested he Try calling 904-255-7000 to reach the City of Jacksonville Municipal code enforcement.

FCN suggested that he call the city at 904-630-2489 and the Florida State Attorney's CDS citizen's dispute settlement program at 904-630-2400.

Finding a shelter.
Stephen said someone he knows needs somewhere to go, because he said there are no shelters where the person lives. FCN suggested calling the United Way's 211 or 904-632-0600 from any phone in North Florida as soon as he can or visit their website. It is a free 24-hour service that finds help for anyone.
