JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- It's Friday the 13th and it is not an unlucky day. The On Your Side team was hard at work getting results and answers for you. Here are a few of the people whom we were able to help today:

-Jamie, of Jacksonville, said she paid a contractor $475 in cash upfront to trim and remove some trees. Jamie said the contractor had a dumpster company haul the debris away, but that the company apparently was not paid by the contractor.

Jamie said the debris was dumped back onto her lawn. Jamie asked FCN how to go about reporting the contractor to authorities and how to get the debris removed from the yard.

Jamie told FCN she got a call from a local tree service that may be able to help with the debris from the tree.
