JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- It is Friday, so that means it is time for FCN's Student of the Week.

This week FCN is spotlighting 4th grader, Elizabeth Marie Dugger at Hogan-Spring Glen Elementary School.

Elizabeth is a musical virtuoso. She plays three instruments- the violin, mandolin and piano. She also sings and says she gets her love of music from her parents who are both musicians.

She hopes to one day play violin professionally. Though she excels in music, she is also very strong academically.

"She goes over and above on everything she does and she is really great about helping other students, any students whether they be above or below her grade. She is a go-getter," says her teacher Diana Livingston.

Elizabeth has some advice for other students who may be struggling in school.

"My advice is to keep trying and work hard and concentrate on what you are doing. Just pay attention and study," tells Elizabeth.

She hopes to attend Douglas Anderson or LaVilla School for the Arts in the future and continue to focus on her music.
