Mini Crab Cakes with Grain Mustard Sauce
24 ounces Shaw's crabmeat mix
8 ounces Publix Jumbo Lump Crab
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup flour
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 pint canola oil
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine crabmeat mix with lump crab and taste for seasoning. Bread using F-E-B and shallow fry to golden. Drain on a paper towel lined baking sheet. Heat in oven.
Grain Mustard Dipping Sauce
Makes 1½ cups
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish
Combine ingredients and let sit to blend.
