JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jaguars are challenging kids on the First Coast to get active.
The Jags teamed up with 6th grade students at Matthew Gilbert Middle School on Tuesday for the NFL Play 60 Challenge.
The six-week program challenges students to do 30 minutes of physical activity during the day and 30 minutes after school.
Staff and volunteers from the American Heart Association and The Players Center for Child Health at Wolfson Children's Hospital are also involved in the challenge.
Each student gets a game planner to complete. It will help them keep track of their physical activity and eating habits.
