ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Augustine Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying suspects in a theft at Target store located at 1440 South Ponce de Leon Boulevard.

According to a SAPD press release, the suspects drove to the store at 12:51 a.m. The two suspects are seen entering the store at about 12:58 a.m. after prying the exit doors open.

The suspects went to the electronics section with white plastic totes. According to the release, the suspects smashed a glass case, containing iPods, iPads, and Beats headphones, and took many items.

The release says the suspects were seen on video surveillance leaving the store parking lot at 1 a.m.

The release says the method used to gain entry into the building is similar to other commercial burglaries in the northeast Florida area. The local police and Sheriff's Offices in northeast Florida are working together to solve this case and others that may have been committed by these people.
