JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A source close to the case tells First Coast News the state department of children and families filed a motion today to block Rayne Perrywinkle from visiting her two daughters.

Perrywinkle is the mother of Cherish Perrywinkle who was abducted and killed in June.

After Cherish was found dead, the state took custody of Rayne Perrywinkle's other two daughters while they investigated the family. Right now it's up to a judge to work out custody arrangement's between Rayne Perrywinkle and the girls' father.
