PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - A Port St. Lucie man was taken to jail after police said he poured his morning cup of coffee on a convenience store customer.

Police responded to the location after someone reported a fight inside the store.

Police said Brian Daubs had pulled into the parking lot and illegally parked behind three cars, blocking them from leaving.

Daubs was seen on store surveillance going inside the store to get a cup of coffee.

While inside, customers asked Daubs to move his truck because he was blocking people from leaving.

Daubs responded by arguing and opened the door of Brian Van Horn's car, poured coffee into the car, and then poured coffee on the victim, police said.

Daubs then re-entered the Circle K and got another cup of coffee and left without paying for it, investigators said.

Van Horn said, "He basically was saying, 'I'll my open my car whenever I damn please. Who are you to tell me to move my car? I can park where ever I want."

Officers located Daubs in the parking lot and after some resistance, were finally able to arrest him and take him to the St. Lucie County Jail.
