ORLANDO, Fla. -Orange County sheriff's deputies have cleared the scene after a suspicious suitcase was found near SeaWorld.

The item was found on Central Florida Parkway near Sea Harbor Drive in front of the Discovery Cove entrance.

Authorities said a security guard found a suitcase filled with electronics and wrapped in an electrical cord at about 3 a.m.

Orange County fire crews and bomb squad detonated the suitcase a little after 5:30 a.m. with a water cannon.

Central Florida Parkway was closed from Sea Harbor Drive to International Drive, but reopened by 6 a.m.

Discovery Cove is expected to open as usual.
