Three reasons why the Jaguars should listen to today's protesters and sign Tim Tebow:
(1) They have nothing to lose. The current QB situation is awful. And then there's this:
Jacksonville has scored 11 points, they've allowed 11 sacks and they don't have a single run of 11+ yards.- Daniel Jeremiah (@MoveTheSticks) September 16, 2013
(2) He would excite the fan base. Clearly.
(3) Help is on the way. Even if you think Tebow would be awful (and his last half-dozen NFL starts are a fair counter to that), a terrible season merely ensures that next year's rally features the team's newest draftees: Jadeveon Clowney and Johnny Manziel.
Meanwhile, from the "First Rule of Tim Tebow" ("Just when you think it can't get any more insane, it does"), if they did sign him, they would probably win. So there's that.
