A father pays tribute to his son, who was lost at sea.

That was part of the message Saturday morning at the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum, where U.S. Coast Guard members and residents gathered to dedicate a restored 1933 bronze bell.

Bill Senecal -- the man who restored the bell -- dedicated a marker on the bell to his son Steve, who never returned from a fishing trip in 2007.

They also dedicated a plaque to Coast Guard Aircrew 3501 members Duane Stenback, Craig Lerner, Paul Perlt and Matthew Baker -- who died when their plane crashed in August 1990.
