ZELLWOOD, Fla. - A woman with Central Florida ties is missing, and her family and friends hope someone can help bring her home safely.
Myranda Southern, a Lake Mary High School graduate, was supposed to be headed from South Carolina, where she now lives, to Zellwood, but never made it.
Friends said 31-year-old Southern was set to pick up her two children, who were visiting their grandmother.

"She loves those babies so fiercely. She would do anything for them. That's the first alarm. She didn't come to speak to her daughter or find a way to make it to her daughter's birthday," friend Meredith Tweed said.
Southern may be driving a 2000 gold Buick LeSabre with a Duke University license plate on the front bumper.
Anyone who may know more about Southern's disappearance should contact authorities.
