JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A suspect allegedly robbed an Arby's located at 10160 Philips Highway Thursday night, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. when the suspect entered the restaurant, went into the bathroom, exited the bathroom and approached the front counter.

Details of the release said the suspect removed a dark colored gun from a red purse and demanded money.The suspectthen jumped across the front counter, and placed the money intoa redpurse.

The suspect was described by witnesses as a cross-dresser, wearing red lipstick and a wig with long straight black hair.

According to JSO, the suspect was last seen getting into a dark sedan. The make and model of the car is unknown at this time.
