JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Two brothers were killed in a shooting in the parking lot of the Golden Corral on Normandy Boulevard Sunday night.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the shooting took place around 8:45 p.m. at the 7000 block of Normandy Blvd.

The victims have been identified as 19-year-oldMatthew Ryan Bohannon and his 24-year-old brotherAndrew Austin Bohannon.

The victims, both in the same car, were approached by another car carrying multiple occupants.

The car with multiple occupants fired shots into the car carrying the two men.

One of the brothers was pronounced dead on the scene and the other was transported to a local hospital where he died.

The vehicle carrying the shooter, or shooters, fled the scene.

According to JSO, the incident was not a random act of violence.

JSO has acquired video from Golden Corral that shows the vehicle leaving the parking lot and plans to release a description on Monday.

Multiple people witnessed the incident and JSO is in the process of conducting interviews.
