FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- A Matanzas High School student was tased and arrested after a fight with a student and a Resource Deputy on Monday morning.
Allen Brown, 18, approached a 15-year-old student eating breakfast in the school cafeteria and began punching him according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.
School Resource Deputy John Landi separated the two students and told Brown to stop.
Brown then took a fighting stance and punched Landi in the face, knocking him to the ground according to FCSO.
Landi deployed his Taser and struck Brown in the torso, securing him in the process.
All parties involved sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene by Flagler County Medical and Rescue personnel and released.
Brown was charged with Battery, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer and Disruption of aSchool Function.
Brown was booked in to the Flagler County Detention Facility.
