Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Adam Lind's solo home run in the ninth inning led the Toronto Blue Jays to a 3-2 win over the Boston Red Sox in the second of three from Fenway Park.
Lind finished the game 3-for-4 with two runs scored, while Melky Cabrera and Colby Rasmus each drove in a run for the Blue Jays, who snapped a three-game losing streak.
Darren Oliver (2-1) got the win despite blowing a two-run lead in the eighth inning. Mark Buehrle was solid in a seven-plus inning performance, giving up just one run on five hits with two walks and five strikeouts.
Jacoby Ellsbury and Dustin Pedroia each drove in a run for the Red Sox, who have dropped seven of nine.
Clay Buchholz gave up just two runs on six hits over eight innings, while Junichi Tazawa (2-2) was tagged with the loss for giving up the home run in the ninth.
