JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --A mid-morning fire left a family of four without a home.

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded to a fire on the 1400 block of West 25th Street around 11 a.m. Monday morning.

A mother and her three children were home when the blaze broke out, according to Cheif White with JFRD.

JFRD suspects one of the children may have accidently started the fire.

The Red Cross is assisting the displaced family.
