JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are seeking a man suspected of fatally shooting another man early Sunday morning in front of several witnesses.
William Rufus Hicks, 32, was shot during a disagreement in the 11500 block of Quailhollow Drive.
Montre "Tre" Deshawn Richardson, 20, is suspected in the shooting death of Hicks, according to a release from Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Shannon Hartley.
A warrant with no bond has been issued for Richardson, who is a resident at the Quailhollow Drive home where the shooting happened.
He is described as African American,5-foot-11, 160 lbs with short "dreadlock" style hair. Richardson is pictured above with shorter hair. He also has forearm tattoos that state "No Love, No Trust," Hartley said.
