SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. - A 32-year-old woman was arrested and faces five charges including child neglect after an argument with her boyfriend.
Officials said they were contacted by one of her children when Tiffany Buffkin hadn't been seen for more than 30 minutes.
As deputies spoke to the juvenile, Buffkin stumbled from behind the building and used it to balance herself, according to the arrest report.
Investigators said Buffkin's speech was slurred and she was unable to follow simple instructions. She smelled of alcohol and became increasingly angry as authorities questioned her, deputies said.
Buffkin used profanity and made a loud disturbance as she was being placed in handcuffs, the report said. She also tried to bite a deputy.
Officials said she continued to yell and began kicking the inside of the deputy's cruiser.
Buffkin is charged with two counts of child neglect, disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer.
