JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Kimberly called First Coast News saying she needed help after she bought a used car.

She said she bought her 2002 Chrysler Concorde on February 2nd from a buy-here pay-here lot on Cassat Avenue.

Days later, she said the transmission went out and can't get help fixing it.

First Coast News called the dealership and the General Manager said if she calls them, they will send someone out to her home to look at the car.

They'll also offer a deep discount to her so she can get it fixed.
