JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Antoinette told us she was the victim of identity theft in 2006. She said her credit history is OK now. But now she has a criminal record because she says the suspect committed fraud using her information.

Antoinette tells us she wants her name cleared. The spokesperson for the State Attorney's Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit told First Coast News that Antoinette's record was expunged from their system and she can call the Florida Attorney General and Florida Department of Law Enforcement to try and have her record sealed.
