JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Several BBVA Compass Bank customers have called into First Coast News saying that direct deposits have not loaded into their accounts.

BBVA Compass has responded on its Facebook page, saying it is looking into the issue.

"We are diligently working to resolve systemissues which have affected direct deposits, 1-800-Compass, and onlinebanking. We will provide additional updates as soon as soon as possible."
